Cement dosing.
Cement dispenser with a geometric capacity of 1 m³; features electro-pneumatic opening via a butterfly valve actuated by a pneumatic cylinder with an external aluminum housing (63 mm diameter, 150 mm stroke) and an aeration system. Includes a 100 kg force vibrator. Equipped with a weighing system using three 1,000 kg load cells – Class C3.
Euro Hoppertor dust filter for cement dosing, featuring pneumatic cleaning. Technical specifications:
Filtration surface area: 1 m²
Filter elements made of non-woven polyester (Polypleat)
Compressed-air cleaning system (upward airflow); operating pressure: 5 to 6 bar.

Water supply.
Galvanized dispenser for fresh or recycled water; geometric capacity: 0.3 m³. Features electro-pneumatic opening via a butterfly valve actuated by a pneumatic cylinder with an external aluminum housing. Includes a weighing system with one 300 kg load cell (Soc. Coop. Bilanciai) – Class C3 – and a digital display. Water dosing unit based on an electronic pulse meter and a 1/2" ball valve with an electro-pneumatic actuator; digital display with automatic dispensing stop, mounted on the control panel.

Mixer
MEV 2000/1350 twin-shaft mixer with a 1.33 m³ vibrated concrete output:
- Two 22 kW (30 hp) motors
- Two counter-rotating, synchronized mixing shafts; reinforced bushings with seals to prevent slippage
- Bottom liners made of Hardox 500 HB plates (15 mm thick), sized for easy maintenance
- Sectional side liners made of Hardox 500 HB (15 mm thick)
- Mixing paddle holders made of ductile iron, bolted to the shafts
- 16 mixing paddles made of 750 HB chrome alloy; paddles feature a fixed profile and are mounted perpendicular to the vessel liners
- Scraper paddles for cleaning side surfaces, made of 750 HB chrome alloy

Dosing unit for 2 liquid chemical admixtures, consisting of:
- Two 12-liter stainless steel tanks equipped with safety floats to prevent liquid overflow
