The equipment enables the production of various types of internal and external wall panels, as well as floor slabs, used in the construction of private homes, multi-story buildings, and other structures.
Advantages of prefabricated panels:
Prefabricated panels are delivered to the site fully ready for installation. They come with window and door openings, electrical boxes, and ventilation ducts already integrated. Panels are manufactured entirely according to your specifications and requirements and delivered using a "just-in-time" method—installed directly from the delivery vehicle—which streamlines the workflow.
Rapid installation:
- Short construction time
- Efficient workflow
- Labor savings
- Prefabricated panel technology helps
reduce production costs.
- Environmentally friendly working environment
- High quality
Our equipment allows for the production of various types of wall panels.
1. Energy-saving panel
This panel is manufactured using additional insulation materials. It is easily plastered, helping to maintain a very low heat transfer coefficient. The result is a seamless facade and excellent thermal retention.
The inner surface is easily finished with spackle/putty.
Thickness: 350–500 mm.
Heat transfer coefficient: 0.09–0.16 J/m².
2. Monolithic panel
A panel designed to be plastered on the exterior to give the wall a seamless, monolithic appearance. It offers excellent thermal retention. The inner core is made of expanded clay concrete or other insulating materials, depending on load-bearing requirements. The inner surface is easily finished with spackle/putty.
Thickness: 300–400 mm. Heat transfer coefficient: 0.12–0.20 J/m²
3. Exterior panel
Exterior panel with visible joints, ready for finishing. The exterior surface can be textured, matte, or smooth. The interior surface is easily finished with spackle/putty.
Thickness: 300–400 mm.
Heat transfer coefficient: 0.12–0.20 J/m²
4. Load-bearing panel
Load-bearing panel/wall treated with foam insulation. Designed for the construction of houses intended to have a brick-effect finish. The interior surface is easily finished with spackle/putty.
Thickness: 100–150 mm (excluding insulation)
5. Basement/underground panel
Designed for the construction of spaces located entirely or partially underground. The surface is treated with drainage-grade foam insulation.
Thickness: 300–350 mm.
Heat transfer coefficient: 0.16–0.21 J/m² (varies depending on insulation).
6. Interior wall panel
Used in the construction of insulated homes with energy-saving and heat-retention properties. Unlike standard apartment walls, these walls offer a high level of sound insulation, as the insulated walls possess high sound-absorbing qualities. Expanded clay concrete is moisture-resistant, helping to prevent high humidity levels indoors. The surface is easily finished with spackle/putty. Thickness: 100–300 mm.
The panels produced using this equipment comply with European standards ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, as well as Nordcert certification standards. All panels manufactured using this equipment are certified for compliance with CE and BBC markings, confirming the superior quality of the concrete elements.
